Korean vegetable pancakes are not sweet but spicy pancake for breakfast. This is a flat pancake made with varieties of vegetables. You can also mix egg or coat with meat according to your idea.
Ingredients For Vegetable Pancake

- 1 and a half cup wheat flour or maida
- Cabbage
- Carrot
- Capsicum
- Green Peas
- Tomato
- Salt
- Half Lemon
- 2 green chillies
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 coriander powder
- 1/4 black pepper
- 1/4 garam masala
- 1/2 maggie masala
- Coriander
- 1 tbsp oil
Finely chop cabbage, capsicum, carrot and tomato. In a bowl mix chopped vegetables and green peas with flour and rest other masala ingredients and mix well with 1 cup water. Make a medium consistency batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes. In a wide pan add 1 tsp oil and place the batter. Cook on medium flame. It is as simple as that.
