Bread Poha Recipe Ingredients
Excess left bread1/2 cup Peanut
1/2 cup Roasted Gram Dal/phutane
Cury leaves
Gud/jaggery 2 tsp
1/2 Turmeric
1/2 Salt
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp mustard seed
1/4 tsp jeera
2 Red dry chillies split cut
chopped coriander
Roast peanuts. Take a pan add oil and jeera, mustard seed and curry leaves. After 1 minute add turmeric, gud/jaggery, salt, coriander powder, dry red chillies. Let it cook for 2 minutes then add peanuts and roasted gram dal. Cook it for 5 minutes stir well. Add bread pieces and mix all together. Garnish with coriander.
