Mughlai Egg Paratha | How To Make Egg Mughlai Paratha

Mughlai Egg Paratha is made with stuffed egg. The filling for this paratha is endless you can use anything you like. The method is to close it in a way that all the four corners will meet at the center and the rest involves shallow frying it in oil or ghee.


Ingredients For Dough
1 Cup wheat flour or maida1/4 salt1 tsp oil or gheehalf cup warm water1/4 cup milk

Make a soft dough and let it rest for 15 minutes till then prepare the filling. Mix 3 eggs with all chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander, salt and black pepper.
Now Make a flat circle of dough just like chapati, but make it flatter than chapati because the filling need to get cook inside the paratha. So flat dough will be easy to cook. Korean vegetable pancakes are not sweet but spicy pancake for breakfast. This is a flat pancake made with varieties of vegetables. You can also mix egg or coat with meat according to your idea.

Finely chop cabbage, capsicum, carrot and tomato. In a bowl mix chopped vegetables and green peas with flour and rest other masala ingredients and mix well with 1 cup water. Make a medium consistency batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes. In a wide pan add 1 tsp oil and place the batter. Cook on medium flame. It is as simple as that.

1/2 green beans

Step by Step Method: 1. Make small pieces of beef and add ginger garlic paste, coriander paste, turmeric, coriander powder salt and water. Mix all and cook for 15 to 20 minutes till meet get tender in a pressure cooker.
