Kulcha is a flatbread recipe made from maida flour, a pinch of salt, water, and yeast or without yeast using curd. After making dough, it needs to cover with a wet cloth and wait for one hour. Then roll it flat in a round shape or oval shape. It is cooked in an earthen clay oven called tandoor.  After baking it is brushed with butter or ghee, which is optional.
