Instructions
Cook Beef with all above given ingredients and take 5 - 6 whistle in pressure cooker.
Cook the Rice: Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, add pandon leaves, cinamon stick, black pepper and cook the rice until 80% done. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Beef Gravy: Heat ghee or oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cooked Beef, onion, tomato, green chillies paste, garam masala, kasuri methi, pandon leaf, star anees, javitri, and cook for 15 minutes. Then add 2 tbsp curd and 1 lemon juice and cook for another 15 minutes on medium flame.
Now add some fresh mint (pudina) and mix rice gently in gravey. Add Ghee and some water.
Dum Cooking: Cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid and cook on low heat for 15 - 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. This step is crucial for the perfect biryani.
Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander and friend onion. Gently fluff the biryani with a fork before serving. Enjoy with raita or a simple salad.
