Oats Breakfast with Vegetables and Soya Chunks

Ingredients
Oats 3 tablespoon
Knor soup - 1 small (Rs.10 packet)
Green beans 5-6
Carrot - 1
Onion - half
Green Pease - 1 tablespoon
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Maggie Masala- 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil - 1 tbsp
Water - 1 cup (more if you want the thin soup)
Soy Chunks - 10-15

How to prepare?
In a pan heat the oil on low flame and vegetables, onion, ginger, garlic, black pepper, and coriander powder. Keep stirring for one minute.


Add maggie masala.

Then add fried soya chunks. You can fry soya chunks with salt and black pepper. Mixing it in oat have a tender texture. If you want it to be crunchy mix it in the last just before eating.

Here I'm mixing know soup powder to enhance flavor.


Include one cup of water and mix oats and soup mix. Less water- thick consistency, more water-thin consistency, so adjust how you like it. Then separately bring the oats to 1 boil.


Mix with spiced veggies.

The oat with vegetable and soya chunks breakfast is ready.
