Barley Soup | Heart Healthy Barley Soup | Easy Winter Soup Recipe

This  barley soup is super delicious, wholesome and a comforting breakfast to stay warm during cold weather. Surprise yourself with this tasty and nutrient packed bowl of warm soup during winder and rainy days. I have used Knorr cup soup, which can make a simple soup more filling and prevent short hunger till lunch. Ingredients Barley one cup  Knorr soup pack 1 Carrot 1 Onion 1 Green Chilies 1 Ginger 1 tspn Garlic 1 tsp Green chili 1 Water (depends your desired consistency) Salt Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli 1(garnish) Cooking oil one tablespoon How to Make It? Soak the barley over night and boil in the morning. Stir fry onion, carrot, green chilies, coriander, black pepper, ginger garlic. Cook for 1 minute. Mix Knorr soup and add one glass of water.
