Wheat Flour Biscuits with Aashirvaad Atta

This is Aashirvaad fortified atta biscuits. These biscuits consist of important micronutrients like folic acid, iron, and vitamin B-12 that cover the micronutrient deficiency.  Ingredient 1 cup Aashirvaad Atta Half cup besan flour Half cup castor sugar Half cup Cooking oil 1 tablespoon Ghee Half teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Baking powder Half teaspoon vanilla essence Method Mix oil and castor sugar till sugar melt completely. Then add besan flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla essence, and mix. Now add Aashirvaad Atta in small portions and mix. Then add ghee and kneed the mix slowly. The dough should be thick and soft to make biscuits. If the dough is dry then mix little cooking oil. Take all dough and slowly roll like chapati and cut in round shape with help of cookie cutter or any bottle cap of biscuit size. Grind egg white and mix the foam with egg yolk, coriander, chilli, and salt. In a pan add 2 tsp oil and add the egg mix and cook on low flame. Additionally, sprinkle red chili flakes. Flip the omellette and add cheese. Increase cheese taste with chili flakes, black pepper, Maggie masala. Fold the omellette and cover lid to melt cheese. Serve hot with salad or anything you like!

Easy Breakfast with Cheese, Spinach, and Eggs

This is Easy breakfast with Cheese, Eggs,  and veggies. It is a quick and healthy breakfast idea for everyone. Serving: 3 People (Increase ingredients according to serving) Total time: 15-20 minutes Ingredients: Eggs 3 Potato 2 Capsicum 1 Green chili 1 Spinach Cheese Chili flakes Salt Oil 1 tablespoon Maggie masala coriander powder Oregano How to make it? Grate the potato and wash it in water. Take a cloth and squeeze out all the water from the grated potato. In a pan add one teaspoon oil and scrambled the eggs with some salt. Keep it aside. Then, in a pan add 3-4 teaspoon oil and add grated potatoes, capsicum, coriander powder, Maggie masala, salt, chili flakes, and stir for 1 minute. Then add spinach and add one teaspoon oil. Now sprinkle oregano and mix Mix scrambled eggs and add cheese.  Sprinkle some salt, chili flakes, and oregano on cheese for extra taste and cover with a lid to melt the cheese. Wait for 2 minutes and serve hot on winter days morning breakfast.

Recently, I heard the word Daulat ki Chaat from my brother. I thought what is there in that a wealth or money?  😃😄😆😍  no it does not have that but rich ingredients which make it feels like Daulat. My two attempts were failed for making foam because I just grinded malayi and no foam formed. But in the third chance, it works completely and seeing foam formation after grinding was a wonderful feeling.
