Poori is a famous breakfast recipe enjoyed all over India. It requires to roll the dough of chosen flour and fry deeply. It is eaten with tea or chana masala dish. Well, I had a good and difficult experience of making poori. When I initially started making poori, it became very crispy like papad...oops papad like poori, I was hugely disappointed. Then, I did so much research about the poori recipe and found the correct one. It was a delighted movement when I made a fluffy yet crispy and soft poori. Ingredients Maida - Half cup Wheat Flour - half cup Ghree 2-teaspoon Sugar (powdered or melted) 2- teaspoon Slat half teaspoon Oil for frying - 1 cup Method Take maida and wheat flour mix it well. Then add warm ghee and mix it with all flour.  Add melted sugar and salt in the flour and make a soft dough. Then add 1 teaspoon oil. Roll the dough flat. Heat the oil and fry the poori.
