Methi Tikki Recipe Ingredients
1 Cup chopped methi leaves
2 Tbsp Besan
1 Tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp maida
1 green chilli chopped
4 Cloves of garlic
Salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
some coriander chopped
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 pinch garam masala
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white til (sesame seeds)

How to make Methi Tikki
Mix all the above ingredients and make a soft dough by adding required water. Take an equally small portion and make it round than press it with both hands on the palm. Then sprinkle some white til on each tikki. Shallow fry these tikkies in a frying pan with 2 tbsp oil. Let it cook on medium flame.
Serve hot to enjoy the taste with tomato sauce or green chutney.
