Ingredients For Beef And Vegetable Stir Fry With Rice
Rice 1/2 cup green peas 1/2 green beans 2 Green Capsicum 2 Carrot 1 Cup cabbage Coriander 1 Onion 4 Green chillies 10 Garlic Cloves 1 inch Ginger 1 tsp salt 1 Lemon 1/2 garam masala 1 tsp Soya sauce 1 tbsp oil |
Fried Beef Ingredient 250-gram Beef 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 Turmeric 1/2 tsp coriander powder Coriander Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp 1 tsp red chillies powder 1 tbsp oil half lemon juice |
Step by Step Method:
1. Make small pieces of beef and add ginger garlic paste, coriander paste, turmeric, coriander powder salt and water. Mix all and cook for 15 to 20 minutes till meet get tender in a pressure cooker.
2. Once beef gets cooked, take a pan add 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp red chilli powder add half lemon juice.cook 2 minutes then mix the pre-cooked beef. You can some red colour to make beef look more delicious. Cook this for 15 minutes. It will become little crispy. Keep it aside once done.
3. Cook plain rice normally and keep it aside.
4. Take a large pan, add 1 tbsp oil, chopped onion, green chillies, ginger garlic and coriander paste, 1/2 garam masala and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add chopped beans, cabbage and carrot. Add soya sauce and lemon juice.Cook for 15 minutes. Add 2 cup water. Mix pre-cooked rice now. Make sure all ingredient mixture well mixed with rice. Let it cook for 15 minutes on low flame.
5. Take small pan in a 1 tsp oil saute green peace and chopped capsicum. cook for 2 minutes. Why because if you cook this with above mixture. These 2 vegetable lose its green colour so to give a fresh look. Mix this later when all done. Like garnishing.
