Easy Breakfast with Cheese, Spinach, and Eggs

This is Easy breakfast with Cheese, Eggs,  and veggies. It is a quick and healthy breakfast idea for everyone. Serving: 3 People (Increase ingredients according to serving) Total time: 15-20 minutes Ingredients: Eggs 3 Potato 2 Capsicum 1 Green chili 1 Spinach Cheese Chili flakes Salt Oil 1 tablespoon Maggie masala coriander powder Oregano How to make it? Grate the potato and wash it in water. Take a cloth and squeeze out all the water from the grated potato. In a pan add one teaspoon oil and scrambled the eggs with some salt. Keep it aside. Then, in a pan add 3-4 teaspoon oil and add grated potatoes, capsicum, coriander powder, Maggie masala, salt, chili flakes, and stir for 1 minute. Then add spinach and add one teaspoon oil. Now sprinkle oregano and mix Mix scrambled eggs and add cheese.  Sprinkle some salt, chili flakes, and oregano on cheese for extra taste and cover with a lid to melt the cheese. Wait for 2 minutes and serve hot on winter days morning breakfast.

I have mad a simple and unique recipe with black eyes pease and palak. These two food are very boring i tell you in taste if cooked in simple way. So, i added a twist of mix and match in the form of pulao. It is one of the healthies pulao recipe ever. Seriously i have not googled recipe while making it. This pulao can be eaten with toor daal and additional fresh cucumber. If you add extra fried chillies and papads...it will be so tasty.
