Puri Ingredient:
- Maida flour
- Oil
Puri Filling:
- Dry grated coconuts
- Sugar
- Kaju
- Badam
Make a dough of maida flour adding with water & oil, knead the dough well till it becomes smooth. Then leave it 15 minutes, and make small equal dough balls & roll in long oval shape. Add filling dry grated coconut, sugar, Kaju & badam and seal the edges using little water. There are designs for closing so the filling will not come out. When all done fry it in oil till get lightly golden.
Rice kheer Ingredients:
- Rice
- Milk Condensed
- Milk
- Cardamom
- Sugar
Soak rice for 30 minutes & cook it water as generally cook, then in non-stick pan add milk & cooked rice. Saute it for 5 minutes then add condensed milk, sugar & cardamom powder, overcooking the rice will give creamy layer. Garnish with pista.
