Bread Egg Masala | Easy Breakfast Idea With Bread | Snack Ideas

Bread egg masala is a quick recipe for breakfast on a busy schedule. This can be an evening snack. This recipe is made with small size bread pieces, scrambled egg and masala. Try this simple easy breakfast.



Ingredients
  • Small pieces of bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp cabbage
  • Coriander
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 turmeric
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 black pepper
  • 1/4 garam masala
  • 1/4 coriander powder
  • Sesame seeds

How To Make "Bread Egg Masala"

Make small pieces of bread. Finely chop all the ingredients but make tomato puri. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil. Then add all chopped ingredients except coriander and tomato, with red chilli powder turmeric, salt, gram masala, black pepper powder, salt and coriander powder.
Mix all ingredients and masala then add chopped cabbage and capsicum. Stire for 2 minutes and add tomato puri. You can also use tomato sauce. Mix and cook for 5 minutes. Then keep all mixture side and add 2 egg. Let cook for 3 minutes as shown in the image.

Then mix egg and all masala together. Cook it for 5 minutes and mix bread pieces. Mix everything well. Cook for 5 minutes. If bread is soft it will look round. It depends on bread softness. Garnish with coriander.
Garnish with white sesame seeds.

"Chongay" is a sweet dessert that is made during the month of  Muharram . I have seen from childhood everyone prepare this recipe during Muharram. But I didn't find the exact story of it.
