Paniyaram is a healthy breakfast made with fragmented rice. It is an easy and quick recipe for breakfast. The only thing you need to prepare batter 1 day before. The Paniyaram is south Indian recipes which also known as "Paddu","Gunta Ponganalu". Let's know how to make fluffy soft paniyaram.

- Rice flour
- Urad Daal
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1/2 Cup channa daal
Method: Soak rice, urad daal, and channa daal for 8 hours. Then grind all 3 ingredients and make a batter. Mix it well and add 1 pinch baking soda in the batter. Let it fragment overnight.
Next morning the batter is ready to make paniyaram, add salt to the batter. Heat paniyaram pan and grease with oil. Pour 3/4 batter into each mould and let it cook on low flame. Once the paniyaram/padd base becomes golden flip it and let cook whole.
If you want to make it crispy, add some extra oil and let cook on medium flame.
If you want to add vegetables than you can add desired veggies with 1 onion, 1 green chili, carrot and curry leaves in the batter.
Serve hot delicious paniyaram with coconut chutney. For making this chutney, grind 5 garlic clove, 2 green chilli, coriander, 1 tbsp grated coconut. Than give tadka with kadi pata and mustard seed.
