When you are bore of eating pasta or don't liking the taste of foreign recipe, try adding an Indian twist in the recipe. Mix the boiled pasta and prepare pakoda. Enjoy the easy recipe as breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- Pasta one cup
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Green chillies 2
- Carrot 1
- Besan flour - 2 tablespoon
- Corn flour 2 tablespoon
- Coriander
- Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt
- Oil for frying 1 cup
Method:
Boil the pasta till it get tender yet not breakable.
Mix with other chopped ingredients and mix. Make a slightly thick consistency.
Leave the small portions of mix in the hot oil and fry till it become golden and crispy.
Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.
