Vegetable fried rice is an easy and healthy dinner recipe. Mix some veggies with some spices and rice. Thats all your dinner is ready that too it is tasty and gives full feeling. Additionally sprinkle some chopped onions to make it extra tasty. This recipe contain different vegetables and rice and essential fats such as Ghee. I have paired it with daal fry.
Now mix the veggies and cook on low flame for another 5 minutes. You can also include other veggies also.
Once your veggies cook with all spices, mix the pre cooked rice and mix well.
Ingredients:
Rice - 2 cups
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Capsicum - 1
Beans - 10
Cabbage - 2 leaves
Green chillies - 6 (as per your taste)
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Panden leaf -2
Bay leaf - 1
Star anise - 1
Cinnamon- 1
Coriander powder - 1
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Salt
Cooking oil - 2 table spoon
How to cook?
Heat the oil on medium flame and add bay leaf, panden leaf, staranise, Cinnamon.
After 1 minute add garam masala and coriander powder.
Now add chopped onion and tomato and cook for 2 minutes.
Once onion become tender, mix the green paste of green chillies, garlic, and ginger. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
Now mix the veggies and cook on low flame for another 5 minutes. You can also include other veggies also.
Once your veggies cook with all spices, mix the pre cooked rice and mix well.
Additionaly, you can add some food color to make your recipe more attractive.
Garnish your vegetable fried rice with some onion and lemon and extra suated veggies to make it mouth watering.
