Combine simple easy ching's soup with additional healthy ingredients to make more filling and a perfect healthy breakfast in rainy season. This soup have spinach, spring onion, onion, carrot, pasta, which are suitable ingredient for every diet including weight loss. You can always increase or reduce taste with changing spices. Cutting chopping may time but in 30 minutes this breakfast is ready. Carrot in this soup provide fiber, spinach is good for blood and almost it is very nutritious recipe.
I always cook the onion first and then add other veggies and spices. Cook for 1 minute.
Add ching's soup mix and pre boiled pasta.
Do not through the pasta boiled water, add it in soup. Take one boil. If you want to make it thin then add some more water. Thats it soup is ready.

- Elbow Pasta - 1 cup
- Ching's Mix Veg Soup
- Onion 1
- Carrot - 4
- Green chillies 2
- Spinach 2 leaves
- Spring onion 1
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Maggie masala (optional)
- Butter 1 tsp
- Water 2 glass
- Sesame sees 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Lemon (optional)
- 1 tsp oil
How to make this soup?
Boil the pasta in one glass water and 1 tsp oil. Then keep aside and cook spices and veggies. Add one tsp butter to a wide pan.I always cook the onion first and then add other veggies and spices. Cook for 1 minute.
Add ching's soup mix and pre boiled pasta.
Do not through the pasta boiled water, add it in soup. Take one boil. If you want to make it thin then add some more water. Thats it soup is ready.
Garnish with sesame seeds and mint. Garnishing your recipe is always make it more attractive.
