Recently, I heard the word Daulat ki Chaat from my brother. I thought what is there in that a wealth or money?  😃😄😆😍  no it does not have that but rich ingredients which make it feels like Daulat. It is known as a magical and mysterious flavours recipe from Purani Dilli. My research says one can not forget it after eating once. It is a sweet and savory recipe.  I felt a strong urge to try this recipe. I started collecting malayi for one week. This recipe needs cream of tartar but here I did not find it so I used white vinegar and lemon juice to tear the milk. My two attempts were failed for making foam because I just grinded malayi and no foam formed. But in the third chance, it works completely and seeing foam formation after grinding was a wonderful feeling. This is really tasty and yammy dosa recipe different than regular dosa recipes. It have multiple fresh vegetables and herbs to make it more healthy. Grate potato and keep in water, then using a clean cloth squeez all water from potato. Heat oil in a pan and add onion, green chillies, potato and mix. Then add tomato and capsicum, sprinkle some salt. Sprinkle black pepper and mix. Cook in one minute. Sprinkle oregano, chat masala and mix. Cook for 1 minute. Prepare dosa and sprinkle molaha pudi. Then add vegetable mix on dosage. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Easy And Healthy Onion Soup

This is a simple and easy but healthy onion soup, I have add Ching's soup to enhance the flavor. Added beetroot to increase nutrition's. It is a best option for healthy breakfast to keep you full till lunch. Serving : 2 Cooking time: 30 minutes (15 minutes: Cutting veges) Ingredients Chings Soup - Mix Veg 1 small pack 1 Onion 1 Potato 1 Carrot Spring Onions 1/2 cup green grams 1/2 teaspoon  black pepper 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi (Optional) 2 Green Chillies 4 Garlic Cloves Some dried or fresh mint leaves Salt One tablespoon cooking oil  How to make? Dice cut the potatos and boil for 10 minutes.  Add oil in a pan and stir fry onion, potato, carrot, chillies, and green gram then add other spices. Cook for 5 minutes till everything get tender. Dosa Recipe

Dosa also named as dosai (in Tamil language) is a popular South Indian breakfast or snack both in India as well as out of India. Dosa are rice and lentil crepes which are made with ground and fermented lentil-rice batter. I found out fermented rice batter with urad daal makes dosa crispy. And, dosa wih rice flour without fermentation makes dosa soft. The rice  and lentils are soaked for 4 to 5 hours. They are then ground separately to a fine texture. Both the lentil batter and the rice batter are combined with salt and baking soda. The batter is then left to ferment overnight or for 8 to 9 hours. After the batter is fermented, the batter is poured on seasoned cast-iron pan or skillet (tawa) and flattened like a pancake and cooked till crispy and golden. I was like very to see the cake like it is really done without any problem 😍😘 . No center under cooking, No burning, No thick texture. I was so curious to learn baking that started without oven. Expert bakers say that baking should be done only with oven and baking equipment but some people also bake easily without oven. I love this baking and cake. My chocolate cake baked nice and tasty. It is good for quick cravings😋 in lockdown. It is true that when one ingredient is more or less the cake will not cook completely. My last cake was undercooked in the middle even after 30 minutes more cooking that is because i used 1 and half cup maida flour. So much measurement is important in baking. Great!!!
