This is really tasty and yammy dosa recipe different than regular dosa recipes. It have multiple fresh vegetables and herbs to make it more healthy.

Ingredients
- Potato 2
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Capsicum 1
- Green chilli 1
- Coriander
- Black pepper half teaspoon
- Oregano half 1/4 tsp
- Chat masala 1 teaspoon
- Cooking oil 1 tablespoon
- Gun Powder (Molaha Pudi)
- Salt
- Sauce to serve
How to make?
- Grate potato and keep in water, then using a clean cloth squeez all water from potato.
- Heat oil in a pan and add onion, green chillies, potato and mix.
- Then add tomato and capsicum, sprinkle some salt.
- Sprinkle black pepper and mix. Cook in one minute.
- Sprinkle oregano, chat masala and mix. Cook for 1 minute.
- Prepare dosa and sprinkle molaha pudi. Then add vegetable mix on dosage.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
