This is a simple and easy but healthy onion soup, I have add Ching's soup to enhance the flavor. Added beetroot to increase nutrition's. It is a best option for healthy breakfast to keep you full till lunch.

Ingredients
- Chings Soup - Mix Veg 1 small pack
- 1 Onion
- 1 Potato
- 1 Carrot
- Spring Onions
- 1/2 cup green grams
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi (Optional)
- 2 Green Chillies
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- Some dried or fresh mint leaves
- Salt
- One tablespoon cooking oil
How to make?
- Dice cut the potatos and boil for 10 minutes.
- Add oil in a pan and stir fry onion, potato, carrot, chillies, and green gram then add other spices.
