No Oven Chocolate Cake | No oven chocolate cake with cocoa powder

I was like very to see the cake like it is really done without any problem😍😘. No center under cooking, No burning, No thick texture.
I was so curious to learn baking that started without oven. Expert bakers say that baking should be done only with oven and baking equipment but some people also bake easily without oven. I love this baking and cake. My chocolate cake baked nice and tasty. It is good for quick cravings😋 in lockdown.
It is true that when one ingredient is more or less the cake will not cook completely. My last cake was undercooked in the middle even after 30 minutes more cooking that is because i used 1 and half cup maida flour. So much measurement is important in baking. Great!!!

No Oven Chocolate Cake Ingredients

  • 1 cup Maida
  • 3 tablespoon Coco powder
  • 6 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup and 1/4 Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee

Mix all the dry ingredients than add one egg and oil and mix it.
After that add ghee and milk and mix.
Make medium thin consistancy.
The mix should be fold like in picture.
Coat the cake tin with butter using brush.
Add the cake mix in tin and sprinkle oats, seeds. It is my idea to add this additional ingredients.
Now add 2-3 tablespoon salt in cooker and heat it. Place a stand and cake tin. Let it cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
Check the center of cake with stick to know if the cake is done completely or not. If the stick is dry then cake is cooked completely and also you will get nice aroma.
My chocolate cake came out very smoothly.

It is my first perfect cake without oven.
I have served this cake with chocolate sauce.
