It is a healthy meal recipe full of nutrition's. I have adding differing vegies, lentils and additional beef, which make is perfect for lunch or light dinner idea.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Barley
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Carrot
- 5-8 beans
- Coriander
- Some Methi leaves
- 4 Green chilies
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon kasuri Methi
- Cooking Oil 1 tablespoon
- Water 2 cup (according to desired consistency)
Lentils
- 1 tablespoon Chana daal
- 1 tablespoon Urad daal
- 1 tablespoon Masoor
Additional
I have used Beef, you can alternate with chicken or fish or mutton.
Soak the barley overnight and next morning boil it with 5 whistle in cooker with 1 cup water.
Boil all the lentils and make flowy consistency paste.
Stire fry veggies with spices till get tender then mix lentil paste and barley. Garnish with beef or other alternatives and serve.
