Ingredients
- Barley one cup
- Knorr soup pack 1
- Carrot 1
- Onion 1
- Green Chilies 1
- Ginger 1 tspn
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Green chili 1
- Water (depends your desired consistency)
- Salt
- Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chilli 1(garnish)
- Cooking oil one tablespoon
How to Make It?
Soak the barley over night and boil in the morning.
Stir fry onion, carrot, green chilies, coriander, black pepper, ginger garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
Mix Knorr soup and add one glass of water.
Then mix pre cooked barley. Add saltGarnish with red chilies and have in cold winter days.
