Pizza without Oven | Paneer Pizza

A good experiment making a delicious and tasty pizza. After craving for pizza in a busy schedule, I got the time to make it at home. Ready-made pizza is expensive, it should be because all ingredients of the pizza are too expensive. But purchasing all ingredients can help to make pizza multiple times and remaining ingredients like black olive, olive oil can be added to other recipes also like salad. Anyway, I wanted to try pizza without an oven because I have not yet bought that :).
Several people upload videos over YouTube channel so you can watch and try. I must say you may make mistakes, it happens, I too did sometimes. But trying cooking makes us understand how it works. If you don't have an oven, then you make pizza in a pan by covering with a lid to provide enough and required the amount of heat temperature for pizza to cook. It also requires to cook over low flame. Some people keep the sand under the pizza plate to prevent direct flame and burn. I used a stand on that I kept the pizza baking plate.
For the first time, I got a chance to make pizza in the microwave at a relative home but I failed to understand temperature. Microwave is different form oven and there will be different settings. I tried cooking twice, then my cheez got thick......Still, I didn't stop making pizza and today I tried it in lid pan and it looked very good and taste mouthwatering.
I feel there are two things that mainly make the pizza taste better like its dough and the sauce and the remaining ingredient also enhances the flavor. However, I find it easy to making pizza at home. This time I have added paneer in the pizza.

Total Time:2 Hrs 40 Mins
Course: Main Course
Cuisine: Italian

Ingredients

Dough:
Maida 1 and a half cup
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Yeast 1 teaspoon
Warm water 1 cup
Salt 1 teaspoon

Toppings:
Cheese 100 gram
Oregano 2 teaspoon
Red chilies flakes 2 teaspoon
Black Olives 1 tablespoon
Green Capsicum 1, (Optional: Red, Yellow bell pepper)
Paneer 50 grams
Maggie hot and sour sauce
Onion 1

Sauce:
Tomato 2
Garlic 1 teaspoon
Ginger 1 teaspoon
Sugar 2 teaspoon
Salt half teaspoon
Oil 1 tablespoon

Add oil in the pan and include ground tomato, ginger, garlic, sugar, and salt and cook for 15 minutes on low flame till the sauce get the velvety texture.

Grate the cheese.

Cut the paneer in cubes.

Marinate paneer cubes in 2 tsp rice flour, 1tsp red chilies, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/4 black pepper, salt.

Fry the marinated paneer in medium flame till paneer gets golden.
In a cup of warm water add 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon of dry yeast and keep it till it dissolves completely and mixes in maida flour. Also, add half teaspoon salt. Knead well and include oil. Keep the dough in an airtight container. Make sure to add one teaspoon olive oil over the dough. Keep it 3-4 hours to rise the dough. If you use it after 1-2 hours the dough may not rise.
The rising dough also depends on the room temperature, if your room temperature is slightly cold, it will also not allow the dough to rise.

Now spread the dough in round shape using your fingers. You can also use a rolling pin to make a dough flat. But it should not be flatter like chapati. Then using a fork, make holes in the dough.

Sprinkle some olive oil or cooking oil over the dough and pour the pizza sauce. Add only one tablespoon and spread it.

Include the toppings like paneer, capsicum, olives, onion tomato. Then sprinkle some oregano.

Sprinkle the grated cheese over the pizza toppings so that it will melt with temperature. Also, sprinkle some oregano and red chilies flakes over cheese to enhance the taste.

Place the pizza over a tin or aluminum plate and keep a cooking stand below the pizza plate in a lid pan.

Now cover the lid so the pizza gets required heat.

The pizza gets cooked in 20 minutes. Yes, baking should be done in the only oven, but sometimes we can try in a different way.

Over time, the fillings changed with local ingredients with pie crust and the method remain the same.  There two versions such as Dil Khush, with a filling of dry coconut Dil Pasand with filling of tutti frutti, cardamom, dry coconut, sugar, and ghee and nuts.
