Gobi Manchurian

This is one of my favorite starter i always prefer. I tried it cooking at home and its the best experience. In my last job i was going to lunch parties and Gobi Manchurian is the only starter i order all the time.

Ingredients: A

  • Cauliflower
  • Corn flour 4 tablespoon
  • Maida flour 2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 pinch
  • Red chilies powder 2 tablespoon
  • Turmeric half teaspoon
  • Cooking color
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilly 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Spring Onion
  • Red chilies powder 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce 4 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce 2 teaspoon 
  • Oil
  • Cabbage & coriander to garnish

Cooking Method - A:

  1. Cut the cauliflower as wished size & boil it for 15 minutes & keep aside.
  2. Make batter of Corn flour,Maida,red chilies,black pepper,turmeric,salt and cooking color. Mix it well than add cauliflower in it and mix smoothly so all the pieces should get into the batter.
  3. Take frying pan heat the oil & fry.
Cooking Method - B:
  1. Chop the onion, green chilies,capsicum, spring onion as wished shape & size.
  2. Take frying pan add 1 table spoon oil and heat it.
  3. Add chopped onion,capsicum,green chilies and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Than add spring onion, salt, red chili powder, tomato sauce, soy sauce, cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Mix the gravy with fried cauliflower.
  6. Garnish it with Cabbage & coriander ( if feel)
  7. Serve hot!

Chilli Paneer Pockets - is a spicy and tasty McDonalds recipe in India. This is a crispy and perfectly golden friend in a square shape with a filling of paneer chunks, fresh green chillies, finely chopped carrots, capsicum, spring onions, ginger and garlic with sauce.

Chili Paneer Pockets Recipes Ingredients
100 gram Paneer
1 Large Carrot
1 Capsicum
1 Onion
2 Green chillies
4 Garlic Cloves
2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ajwain
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 Maggie masala
1 cup cooking oil

Pockets Dough
1 cup Maida
1/4 salt
1 tsp oil

Chopp all vegetables. Start preparing chilli paneer pockets filling. Take a pan a 2 tsp oil then add garlic, green chillies and onion.Stire for 1 minute. Then add all masala powders such as turmeric, Black Pepper, Coriander Powder, Ajwain, garam masala and salt. Cook for 1 minute.

Easy Breakfast Idea With Bread: Bread With Veg Topping

Here you will get 'Easy breakfast idea with bread'. This is a recipe of veg topping on bread. This is a very quick recipe for breakfast or evening snack.  The original recipe is made with cheez that is called cheez toast or chili cheez toast but I have replaced cheez with other ingredients. Chop finely all the ingredient such as online, tomato, green chillies, garlic and coriander. Now mix chopped ingredients with besan and cornflour then add half cup water, salt and ajwain.

Now heat a pan on low flame. Put bread slice on pan and add all the mixture on bread and sprinkle some which sesame seeds. Add oil all around and some oil on the mixture.
