This is a very easy recipe which can be eaten while dinner or lunch time. It is popularly known in south India. This recipe is purely made with chana flour. Ingredients: 1 Cup Chana flour/besan 1 green chili Ginger & Garlic 1 small onion & 1 small tomato Cumin seeds Coriander Oil &Salt Method: Make a paste of chilli, garlic, ginger and coriander. Take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil, add paste and saute. Bring the water to boil, with 1 hand add besan flour to boiling water and stir with another hand slowly without stop so there will be lumps. Then cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Once it cooked and get a soft texture like dough, take a plate and pour some ghee or oil on it and put all hot dough and make it flat with palm. Then make pieces by cutting in a triangle shape. T o garnish this pour some kuskus and coconut.
