Well, I tried this pressure cooker cake recipe and seriously it is very delicious cake which I had for a week. You can use any regular batter for cake and make it spongy and delicious with proper ingredients and cook time. This is the easy recipe to try who don't have an oven.
First time I used water which ruined my cake and all family laughed at me. But still, I tried to know how actually the pressure cooker cake will look like and I made it successfully a delicious cake.
Mix all ingredient well and make the cake batter. You can add dry fruit mixture in your cake batter to make it more delicious. Then preheat your cooker for 5 minutes, remove the whistle and place a thin plate and then add a greasy paper with applying butter and add the cake batter in round shape mould then place in cooker. Remember do not add water. Cook for 20 minutes.
Once cake gets ready, make it cool then apply frosting chocolate cream.

- Maida - 1 cup
- Sugar - 2 cup
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Coffee powder 1 teaspoon
- Egg 1
- Milk 1 cup
- Coco powder 1 teaspoon
- Water as required for consistency

Ingredient For Making Chocolate Frosting
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 2/3 cocoa powder
- 1/3 milk cream
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
In a pan heat butter, add milk cream then take a pan add powdered sugar, cocoa powder and heated mixture and vanilla essence. Leave it for 10 minutes to cool then mix all.
Once cake gets ready, make it cool then apply frosting chocolate cream.
