This is a tasty deep-fried beef steak recipe. Well, I made it for my brother who is fond of western recipes like eating only beef with some veggies.
In this recipe, I have used some french fries, green beans, grilled tomatoes, and shezwan chutney.
Deep-fried steak is a variation of Grilled Beef Steak. I did not pre-cooked it like how generally we precook the beef to make it tender instead I marinated it for 6 hours and it came very juicy and full of flavors.
Ingredients
Beef - A large part
Ginger - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Lemon - 1
Coriander powder - 1
Black pepper powder - 1
Salt
Garm Masala - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp tbsp
Oil - 1 cup
Red chilies powder - 1 tsp
Mint leaves
How to Prepare?
Mix all ingredients and rub over the beef. Add some mint leaves. Let it marinate for 6 hours. Like if you want to eat it at dinner, then prepare it in the afternoon only.
Cook the marinated beef in heated oil till the out cover becomes golden brown and tender. Flip it from time to time to cook from both sides. Cover the lid for cooking fast. Also, keep the flame high for one minute and reduce after that. It will help to cook the meat from inside. Additionally, add some ghee over it whenever you flip the steak. Sprinkle red chillies powder on both side. You can also use green chilies paste.
Serve the beef steak baked tomatoes, green beans, Spring onions, and Potatoes fries.
Additionally, you can make a sauce for dressing but I have poured all the leftover gravy after frying it. There is also shezwan chunteny and lemon for enhancing flavor.
Note: Whenever you eat anything fried or deep-fried foods, make sure to eat some green vegetables to balance the fat and nutritions. It will prevent only fat absorption in the body. Eat more fats creat fat buildups in the body as storage and result in fat gain.
