Cheese Pull Apart Garlic Bread is a best and easy breakfast recipe, which is a super yum recipe, this bread will be made in lid pan, and with easy ingredients. You can also use the cooker.
The taste of garlic, oregano, cheese, and butter make you feel mouth water, and chili flakes enhance your taste.

How to make?
Add ghee or butter and cooking oil and fry the garlic for 5 minutes. Add chilies flakes, salt and oregano. Cook for another 2 minutes on low flame.
Grate the cheese to make easy filling.
Cut your bread in any shape.If you have nice bigger bread or but than it will be easy to cut.
You can also cut in crisss cross shape. My bread was ready made and while cutting its top got removed. It happen if the top cover is thick.
In case you wish to bake bread yourself, you can do that.
Now fill the garlic butter with herbs.
Also fill the cheese in the cuts.
Since, I am making it without oven, you will need a lip pan to cover so the heat can melt the cheese. Cook it on low flame to save the bread from burning the base. As you see your cheese is melting, your garlic bread in done.

Bread/ Bun that should be bigger in size to cut in nice shape.For Garlic Butter:
- Butter - 2 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoon (optional) Replace with other cooking oil
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Chili flakes - ½ tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Garlic - 15 cloves
- Parsley/coriander or Spring onion

- Mozzarella or any cheese - 100g
- Parsley or coriander -1 tbsp
- Herbs and Chili Flakes - 1 tsp before serving
