Onion pakoda also called as kanda bhaji – deep fried onion pakoda made with gram flour (besan) and spices. It is best and popular onion recipe for snack time in rainy season.
Onions
Gram flour 2 tablespoon
Red chillie powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric half teaspoon
Ajwan 1 teaspoon
Coriander poder 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Salt
Green chilies 2 (optional)
Oil as required
Method
Make thin slices of onion and mix with all ingredients.
Mix all dry and all little water. So the gram flour stick with onion.
Fry in oil, deep fry it till turn brown.
Serve with pudina chutney.
