Kulcha is a flatbread recipe made from maida flour, a pinch of salt, water, and yeast or without yeast using curd. After making dough, it needs to cover with a wet cloth and wait for one hour. I don't have access to frosting cream and tools so i tried it making with glitter and gel. This is Aashirvaad fortified atta biscuits. These biscuits consist of important micronutrients like folic acid, iron, and vitamin B-12 that cover the micronutrient deficiency.  Ingredient 1 cup Aashirvaad Atta Half cup besan flour Half cup castor sugar Half cup Cooking oil 1 tablespoon Ghee Half teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Baking powder Half teaspoon vanilla essence Method Mix oil and castor sugar till sugar melt completely.
