This is super delicious and full of nutrition breakfast. You can make it in less time. Scrumbbled eggs provide proteins and sabudana provide plenty of vitamin K and calcium. The iron content in sabudana prevent pre anemia symptoms, control blood pressure and increase energy.

Ingredients
- Sabudana 1 cup or as you need
- Eggs 3
- Onion 1
- Green chili 1
- Red chili 1
- Coriander
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Chat masala 1 teaspoon
- Magie masala 1 teaspoon
- Salt
- Cooking oil 1 tablespoon
How to cook?
- Soak Sabudana overnight.
- Make scrambled egg in a half tablespoon oil and salt.
- Add another half tablespoon oil and cook onion, chilies, then mix Sabudana. Cook for 2 minutes and sprinkle salt and chat masala. Mix well and sprinkle maggie masala.
- Lastly, mix scrambled eggs and coriander.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
