This is a healthy breakfast recipe and can enjoyed anytime of the day. It have barley, broccoli and additional boiled eggs. A complete nutritional recipe for good health. Barley 1 cup
Knorr soup 2
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Green Chili 1
Garlic 1tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2
Salt
Oil 1 tbsp
Water
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
How to Make?
Soak 1 cup barley in 1 glass water whole night.
Next morning boil the barley in 1 glass of water with 5 whistles.
Boil fresh broccoli for 2 minutes and strain from water.
Add oil in a pan and stir fry broccoli, onion, tomato, chili, garlic, black pepper for 1 minute,
Now mix boiled barley and cook for 2 minutes.
Add Knorr soup mix and get one boil.
