Kulcha is a flatbread recipe made from maida flour, a pinch of salt, water, and yeast or without yeast using curd. After making dough, it needs to cover with a wet cloth and wait for one hour. Then roll it flat in a round shape or oval shape. It is cooked in an earthen clay oven called tandoor. After baking it is brushed with butter or ghee, which is optional. It is eaten with curry or any gravy recipe.
