Ingredients
Oats 1 cup
Oil 1 tablespoon
Carrot 1
Green beans 4-5
Green chili 2
Onion 1
Capsicums 1
Coriander
Black pepper
Knorr soup vegetable mix
Salt
Chili flakes
Black sesame seeds
Increase quantity of ingredients according to members.
Method
Boil oats in one glass of water. Take one boil.
Add soup mix in water and mix well to avoid lumps.
Stir fry all vegetables in oil on low flame without covering lid.
Cook for 1 minutes and add Knorr soup mix.
Add boiled oats and cook for 2 minutes.
You can keep it thick or mix water as you like the soup texture.
Garnish with some veggies and sesame seeds.
If you want to increase flavor, Sprinkle some sauce or any chat masala.
