Pasta Pakoda Recipe

When you are bore of eating pasta or don't liking the taste of foreign recipe, try adding an Indian twist in the recipe. Mix the boiled pasta and prepare pakoda. Enjoy the easy recipe as breakfast or snack. Ingredients Pasta one cup Onion 1 Tomato 1 Green chillies 2 Carrot 1 Besan flour - 2 tablespoon Corn flour 2 tablespoon Coriander Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon Salt Oil for frying 1 cup Method: Boil the pasta till it get tender yet not breakable. Mix with other chopped ingredients and mix. Make a slightly thick consistency.  Leave the small portions of mix in the hot oil and fry till it become golden and crispy. Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.

Urad daal Pakoda | Urad daal recipe

Urad daal pakoda is another easy breakfast or snack recipe. I made it for the first time and found really interesting. It is so crispy but melt down in the mouth as you eat it. I can say it is healthy because it contain onion, chilies coriander, black pepper. Ingredients Urad daal one cup Onion 1 Green chillies 2 Some coriander Curry leaves Ginger 1 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon soda 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida Salt Oil 1 cup for frying Method Soak the urad daal over night or 4 hours before. Make a slight thick paste of soak urda daal. Chop the onion, chilies, coriander and curry leaves and mix all other ingredients. Heat the oil in wide pan and leave small portion of urad daal pakoda mix. Fry till it becomes golden on medium flame. Serve hot with sauce or any chutney.
