Cheese Balls | Easy Cheese Ball Recipe

These are crispy and delicious cheese and veggies ball that can be enjoyed as a perfect snack and breakfast also. There are different ways to make cheese ball and eaten with dip, sauce, or without anything. The cheese balls are deep-fried food and have cheese inside the ball. You can mix cheese with veges. Some people use cheese cubes and insert them in the potato mix. Ingredients For stuffing Boild Potato 4 Beans 1 cup Capsicum 1 large Cheese - 100 gram (grated) Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Red chillies flakes 1 teaspoon Garlic paste 1 teaspoon Ginger paste 1 teaspoon Oregano 1 teaspoon Chat masala 1 teaspoon Salt For Coating Bread crumbs 1 cup Maida 2 tsp Instructions Mix all ingredients well, include some bread crumbs and maida to bring thick consistency. Make the dough of potato and all ingredients. Grate the cheese and add some salt, red chili flakes, and oregano to flavor it.

Potato Egg Parath

This is another easy recipe for breakfast. I have not stuffed the ingredients but i have placed it on the flat bread/chapati. It is also a healthy recipe for breakfast time. It contain eggs, potato and herbs. Ingredients Wheat Flour - half cup Maida - half cup Boiled Potato- 4 Eggs - 2 Green chillies -2  Chat masala -1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli flakes - 1 tsp Garlic - 1 tsp Kasuri methi - 1 tsp Salt Oil - 2 tbsp Cuisine: Indian Course: Breakfast Serving: 4 Prep Time - 15 mins Total Time - 30 mins Instructions Boil the potatos and mash it. Mix is with eggs and green chillies, chata masala, garlic and coriander poweder, and kasuri methi. Prepare a soft dough and roll it smilar like chapati. Place it over the flat pan or tawa and cook one side sprinkle some oil. Place the potato and egg mix over the cooked side of flat dough and sprinkle some red chillie flaks. Cook it on low flame and flip gently. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Dil Pasand recipe

Dil Pasand is originally from British pies with fruit or sweet fillings.  It was first introduced in Banglore when it was a garrison town in south India. These pies were made by bakeries and bakers linked with the British since the 18th century. They were also known as mince pies. Over time, the fillings changed with local ingredients with pie crust and the method remain the same.  There two versions such as Dil Khush, with a filling of dry coconut Dil Pasand with filling of tutti frutti, cardamom, dry coconut, sugar, and ghee and nuts. It is only found in south India. But these days people with cooking interest can eagerly learn and prepare it. Well, interesting history of Dil Pasand :). I tried this recipe withtout oven. It took two hours for preparing, dough setting and filling and finally baking in lid pan. The result was delicious and same like the real one what we find in outside bakeries.
