This is another easy recipe for breakfast. I have not stuffed the ingredients but i have placed it on the flat bread/chapati. It is also a healthy recipe for breakfast time. It contain eggs, potato and herbs.

Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - half cup
- Maida - half cup
- Boiled Potato- 4
- Eggs - 2
- Green chillies -2
- Chat masala -1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 1 tsp
- Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
Boil the potatos and mash it. Mix is with eggs and green chillies, chata masala, garlic and coriander poweder, and kasuri methi.
Prepare a soft dough and roll it smilar like chapati. Place it over the flat pan or tawa and cook one side sprinkle some oil. Place the potato and egg mix over the cooked side of flat dough and sprinkle some red chillie flaks. Cook it on low flame and flip gently. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve the paratha hot with chutney or sauce.
