Vegetable Fried Rice | Healthy Dinner Recipes

Vegetable fried rice is an easy and healthy dinner recipe. Mix some veggies with some spices and rice. Thats all your dinner is ready that too it is tasty and gives full feeling. Additionally sprinkle some chopped onions to make it extra tasty. This recipe contain different vegetables and rice and essential fats such as Ghee. I have paired it with daal fry. "Chongay" is a sweet dessert that is made during the month of  Muharram . I have seen from childhood everyone prepare this recipe during Muharram. But I didn't find the exact story of it. However, it is a delicious sweet recipe. Ingredients Maida - 3 cups (large cups) Ghee 2 tablespoon Sugar 3 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Milk half cup (small cup) Oil for frying Add Ghee in maida and mix well all the flour. Now mix the melted sugar and salt. knead welll Then mix milk and kneed. Add some baking soda. Knead and make a soft dough. Roll the dough flat as bigger as possible. Sprinkle the oil and rice flour. Fold it from both side The final folding will be like image. Cut the dough in square shapes. Slightly roll the chonge after cutting. Fry it till become golden and crispy. Let it cool down, sprinkle the powdered sugar over chonga and server it.

Paneer Broccoli Fried Rice | Dinner Ideas With Broccoli and Paneer

This is another recipe i tried with paneer and broccoli. It is an easy and delicious recipe for dinner. You can use basmati rice or massori rice for this recipe. I have mixed pre-cooked rice with veggies and paneer. This recipe is a collection of different vegetables and soft paneer cubes along with some spices will come out excellently to make this aromatic delight. Soy sauce is utilized to add color and taste it further. Ingredients Rice 2 cups Paneer 100 gram Broccoli 1 cup Carrot 1 Beans 5-6 Spring onion Paneer coating ingredients: 2 tablespoon tomato sause 1 teaspoon maggie masala 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon soya sauce 1/2 amchur powder 1 teaspoon corn flour 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder Cut the paneer in cubes and marinade with above ingredients and keep for 30 minutes. When you are bore of eating pasta or don't liking the taste of foreign recipe, try adding an Indian twist in the recipe. Mix the boiled pasta and prepare pakoda. Enjoy the easy recipe as breakfast or snack. Ingredients Pasta one cup Onion 1 Tomato 1 Green chillies 2 Carrot 1 Besan flour - 2 tablespoon Corn flour 2 tablespoon Coriander Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon Salt Oil for frying 1 cup Method: Boil the pasta till it get tender yet not breakable. Mix with other chopped ingredients and mix. Make a slightly thick consistency.  Leave the small portions of mix in the hot oil and fry till it become golden and crispy. Urad daal Pakoda | Urad daal recipe

Urad daal pakoda is another easy breakfast or snack recipe. I made it for the first time and found really interesting. It is so crispy but melt down in the mouth as you eat it. I can say it is healthy because it contain onion, chilies coriander, black pepper. Ingredients Urad daal one cup Onion 1 Green chillies 2 Some coriander Curry leaves Ginger 1 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon soda 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida Salt Oil 1 cup for frying Method Soak the urad daal over night or 4 hours before. Make a slight thick paste of soak urda daal. Chop the onion, chilies, coriander and curry leaves and mix all other ingredients. Heat the oil in wide pan and leave small portion of urad daal pakoda mix. Fry till it becomes golden on medium flame. Serve hot with sauce or any chutney.
