Sabudana vada, also known as 'sago vada', is a popular deep fried snack from Maharashtra, India. It is usually served with spicy green chilies chutney along with tea.   Ingredients: 4 large potato boiled, peeled and mashed 1/2 cup sabudana (sago) 2 Green chilies chopped very fine 1/4 cup peanuts roasted and crushed coarsely 1 tsp cumin seeds salt lemon juice flour  Method: Boil potato and mash it. Take a bowl add mashes potato, chopped green chilies, crushed peanuts, cumin seeds, lemon juice, salt and 1 teaspoon corn flour. Mix everything well.
