Ingredients:
2 Eggs
2 Large Capsicum
1 Large Carrot
2 Green Chillies
1 tbs Coriander
2 tsp Maida flour
1/2 salt
1/2 garam masala
1/2 black pepper
1/2 Red chilli powder
1/2 Maggie masala
1.2 coriander powder
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp Oil
Beat the egg as much as possible and mix chopped veggies, maida, green chillies, coriander, garam masala, salt, black pepper, lemon juice. coriander powder.
Take a pan and heat on medium flame, add 2 tsp oil. Place all beaten egg and veggies mixture. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Then flip the omelette and cook for another 5 minutes.
