The solution to a healthy diet is to eat a balanced diet with right calories to keep yourself active and energetic. That's true eating more than a your hunger will put on your weight and if you eat less will cut down your nutrition and lose your weight. Specialist recommends that men should have around 2,500 calories a day and women should have 2000 calories a day.


Eat Fruits And Vegetables

Eating at least five portions of different fruits and vegetables every day will help your body to keep health under control. You can have a banana instead of cereal breakfast and mid-morning snack change to a fresh fruit. Unsweetened 100% fruit juice, vegetable juice and smoothies can only consider as a maximum of one serving of your 5 a day.

Eat More Fish

Fish is a rich source of omega 3 fats, protein, vitamins and minerals. It is recommended that you can at least eat two portions of fish every week. This will prevent heart problems. Oily fish include salmon. mackerel, trout, herring, fresh tuna, sardines, pilchards.

Avoid Saturated Fat And Sugar 

It is important to add some fat to your diet. But you should pay attention to the type of fat you are eating. More saturated fat may increase the cholesterol in your blood which risks heart and leads to diseases. Saturated fat is found in foods such as hard cheez, cakes, biscuits, butter, pies. Good Fat Foods are Avocados, Whole Eggs, Dark Chocolate, Cheez, Chia Seeds, Olive oil, Nuts. Sugar is a good source of energy in the body. Regularly consuming sugary food lead to weight gain at high risk. Try to cut down on sugary fizzy drinks, alcoholic drinks, sugary breakfast cereals, cakes, biscuits, pastries. The only thing you need to remember is you can have these all but limited. 

Eat Less Salt 

More salt causes to increase your blood pressure. People with high blood pressure are more likely to develop heart diseases. Even if you don't add salt to your food, still you are eating salt in packed food, such as breakfast cereals, soups, bread and sauces. If you do not get an idea of measuring, you can eat no more than 1 tsp salt a day. Even less if you have high blood pressure, kidney diseases or urological diseases. 

Get Active Every day 

If you are age around 30 - 40 create a habit of exercising. Go out for a walk. Do cycling. It will help your body to maintain the healthy weight. But if you have certain health condition related to kidney, liver or heart health avoid heavy exercise. Keeping yourself active can reduce the chances of early diabetes diseases. 

Keep Yourself Hydrated 

Drink enough water as per your body requirement. Some people drink 10 glass of water a day whereas some people drink no more than 3 to 4 glass. Because it depends on your health type and body function. If your body has enough water than you will not need more water. Some you will feel more thirsty that time you have to check the symptoms which can be related to urology problem, diabetes or kidney health. 

Never Skip Breakfast 

If you think skipping breakfast will lose your weight then no. According to research, people who eat their breakfast regularly will gain less weight. Therefore it is important to have healthy and nutritious breakfast every day.
