Chilli Paneer Pockets - is a spicy and tasty McDonalds recipe in India. This is a crispy and perfectly golden friend in a square shape with a filling of paneer chunks, fresh green chillies, finely chopped carrots, capsicum, spring onions, ginger and garlic with sauce.

Chili Paneer Pockets Recipes Ingredients


Filling 
100 gram Paneer
1 Large Carrot
1 Capsicum
1 Onion
2 Green chillies
4 Garlic Cloves
2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ajwain
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 Maggie masala
1 cup cooking oil

Pockets Dough
1 cup Maida
1/4 salt
1 tsp oil
water

Chopp all vegetables. Start preparing chilli paneer pockets filling. Take a pan a 2 tsp oil then add garlic, green chillies and onion.Stire for 1 minute. Then add all masala powders such as turmeric, Black Pepper, Coriander Powder, Ajwain, garam masala and salt. Cook for 1 minute.


After that add chopped vegetables and paneer small pieces. Cook this all for 2 minutes and finally ad 2 tsp sweet chilli sauce or tomato sauce as you like. Now the filling is ready.

2nd steps, Make a soft dough of maida like how you make for chappati. Roll very flat. Cut in a square shape and again cut into 2 pieces.

Put the filling on 1 rectangle dough sheet and close from all 3 sides.

With help of fork make a design on the edges of chilli pocket and fry on medium flame in oil till it gets golden.

You can eat with extra sauce or without it. Its very delicious.
