Mixed Vegetable Bread Canapes | Breakfast Ideas With Bread

The Canape is a French dish, it is a type of dish prepared with small bread pieces with vegetable decoration. Mixed vegetable bread canapes are bread and vegetable fillings recipe. This is yummy looking, healthy and tasty dish for breakfast ideas with bread.

This is a perfect recipe for people who don't like vegetables. You can use chicken with vegetables also. If you have cheez mix of vegetable. In case if you don't have cheez you can use egg. Let see how I have made this recipe using bread, vegetables and egg.

Ingredients:

12 slice of bread (consider 2 slices as 1 canape)
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Large carrot
1 Cup carrot
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp coriander
1 green chilli (optional)
1 cup grated cheez or 1 Egg
1/2 black pepper powder
Salt as taste
2 tbsp Oil


How To Make Mixed Vegetable Bread Canapes

Take 2 bread slice cut in round shape and then take 1 of the 2 round bread slice cut once again even smaller round shape to get the bread ring. So you have one round bread slice for the base and 1 ring kind slice for stuffing.


Now mix all chopped vegetables and masala powder in beaten egg and mix well.

Next, take a pan and spread 1 tsp oil keep the bread in round shape and on that keep the bread ring and add 2 tsp vegetable filling mixture. Cover the pan with a lid. Cook this on low flame for 2 minutes. Then you will see the filling had become little thick. Flip the bread canape and pour another tsp oil so the filling also get cooked and bread to become crispy.

Chilli Paneer Pockets - is a spicy and tasty McDonalds recipe in India. This is a crispy and perfectly golden friend in a square shape with a filling of paneer chunks, fresh green chillies, finely chopped carrots, capsicum, spring onions, ginger and garlic with sauce.

Filling 
100 gram Paneer
1 Large Carrot
1 Capsicum
1 Onion
2 Green chillies

Egg Rice | Dharwad Style Egg Rice

Just like other fried rice the spicy taste and flavor are present in egg rice. It is healthy if you add some extra veggies like cabbage, capsicum or whatever you like.

Ingredients For "Dharwad Style Egg Rice"
1 cup rice
3 Egg
1cup chopped cabbage
2 chopped capsicum
1 chopped onion
1 cup coriander
2tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1/2 Coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
3 green chillies
1/2 salt
1/2 Ajinnomoto
1 pinch red food color
1tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp oil

Take a pan and add 1 tsp oil and add all 3 eggs. Stir the eggs till it become scrumbled.
Keep it aside.

Now cook white rice just like how you cook normal plain rice and keep it aside.

Take a wide pan, add 1 tbsp oil, add half onion chopped, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic-greenchiili paste and ajinomoto. Let it cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Keep stiring to avoid burning.
