Ingredients:

12 slice of bread (consider 2 slices as 1 canape)
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Large carrot
1 Cup carrot
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp coriander
1 green chilli (optional)
1 cup grated cheez or 1 Egg
1/2 black pepper powder
Salt as taste
2 tbsp Oil


How To Make Mixed Vegetable Bread Canapes

Take 2 bread slice cut in round shape and then take 1 of the 2 round bread slice cut once again even smaller round shape to get the bread ring. So you have one round bread slice for the base and 1 ring kind slice for stuffing.


Now mix all chopped vegetables and masala powder in beaten egg and mix well.

Next, take a pan and spread 1 tsp oil keep the bread in round shape and on that keep the bread ring and add 2 tsp vegetable filling mixture. Cover the pan with a lid. Cook this on low flame for 2 minutes. Then you will see the filling had become little thick. Flip the bread canape and pour another tsp oil so the filling also get cooked and bread to become crispy.
