Masala dosa recipe is aromatic and perfect spicy recipes that can be made at home with right ingredients. It is a South Indian recipes served as breakfast. This recipe will have dosa, potato, Molaha podi (Gun Powder), which will stuffed in dosa and folded before serving. Additionally it is serverd with coconut chutney and sambar. It is a kind of very rich breakfast and need effort. But you can alternate with any one sambar or chutney because preparing everything in urgent situation is not possible.
Roast chanadal, urad daal, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and chillies in one tsp oil.
I'm using chillies powder. Then grind all ingredients
Sprinkle this molaha podi, onion, coriander, and potatoes sabji over dosa.
Spread everything well and serve with churney and sambar.
Molaha Podi (Gun Powder) Ingredients
Chana daal 1 tsp
Urad daal 1 tsp
Sesema seeds 1 tsp
Dry coconut 1 tsp
Red chillies or powder 1 tsp
Curry leaves 4-5 leaf
Jaggery 1 tsp
Tamrind 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Methi Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric half tsp
Cumin seeds half tsp
Hing 1/4 tsp
Method
Roast the sesame seeds
Spread everything well and serve with churney and sambar.
