Bread Papdi Chat - All Season Easy Snacks

Chat is a common street food in India. But in the rainy season when you want to stay at home and enjoy the food. This is one of best and delicious chat to enjoy with family. This chat recipes can be made with sauce and green chutney or with yogurt. You can add the thing you like in this chat with its basic ingredients and papdi (Circular fried flour discs).  This chat really tastes amazing. Prepare Time: 30 minutes Ingredients Bread 1 cup Sev 1 Onion 1Tomato 1 green chili Coriander Oil Tomato Sauce and Green spicy chutney Boiled potato (optional) Method: Cut bread slice in round shape and toast the bread until it becomes crispy. Chop onion, tomato, coriander, and chili finely. Now place the bread in serving plate. Add chopped ingredients and add sauce and green chutney and sprinkle sev as much as you like. Here I have not used chat masala and potato.

Sabudana vada, also known as 'sago vada', is a popular deep fried snack from Maharashtra, India. It is usually served with spicy green chilies chutney along with tea.   Ingredients: 4 large potato boiled, peeled and mashed 1/2 cup sabudana (sago) 2 Green chilies chopped very fine 1/4 cup peanuts roasted and crushed coarsely 1 tsp cumin seeds salt lemon juice flour  Method: Boil potato and mash it. Puran Poli is a flat bread stuffed with a sweet lentil filling made from chana dal and jaggery. Ingredients: Sweet Filling Mixture: 1 cup chana dal/skinned spilt bengal gram 1 cup powdered jaggery/gur 3 cups water for pressure cooking the chana dal 2 tsp ghee cardamom 1 tsp fennel powder/saunf Poli - Outer covering 2 cups maida  2 tsp oil or ghee salt as required water as required to knead the dough How to make? My Sundays special breakfast menu is added with ' bread pakora' an easy breakfast/evening snack. No stuffing required, dipped in gram flour with chopped onion, coriander, salt, and fry. Ingredients: Bread slice in triangle shape Besan Onion Coriander Gram masala Pepper powder Turmeric powder Salt Method: Cut the bread slice in triangle shape, make gram flour batter and mix chopped onion, coriander, garam masala, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt. Dip the triangle shape bread slice in batter and fry. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.

Hariyali Samosa | Indian Vegetable Samosa Recipe

Here is hariyali samosa :) it was a mystery to know how to make samosa but now I got it so simple. I have not added beaten rice (poha) in it. Ingredients: Maida Flour (500 gm) Ajwain Ghee (2 tbs) Oil Potato 3 French Beans 1 cup Turmeric Green chilies Garam Masala Coriander Salt Lemon How To Make Samosa Prepare to stuff with boiled & mashed potato, chopped french beans, heat 2 tsp oil add turmeric, garam masala, chillies paste, lime juice, salt then mix mashed potato & beans. Cook for 2 minutes. Add Ghee, ajwain seeds & salt in maida flour knead it well then add water as required then add 2 tbs oil make a soft dough, leave it for an hour, I left for the whole night. Roll the dough into oval shape & cut it then make a cone. Press the edges well than stuff with potato & french beans filling and close the cone. It will look like in the image.
