Aaloo pakora, or Aaloo bhaji or deep fried potato fritters are popular evening snack or breakfast recipe in India.
I know Aaloo bhajji from my nearby hotels which available only Ramdan Iftiyari. It is very tasty and feels as if keep eating more and more. But eating it in moderation is healthy because it is potato made and deep fried in oil. Eating it regularly may cause weight gain. Therefore, eating aalo pakora occasionally can be delightful. It is very filling snack because potato provide high fiber and keep you full for more time. Additionally serving with cucumber balance the nutrition and make it healthy.
