Spring Onion Bread Ingredients and Method:
6 Bread Slice
Green spring onion 10 leafs
1 tbsp Maida
1 tbsp besan flour
1 Onion
5 Garlic Cloves
1 Green chillie
Salt as taste
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 Coriander powder
1/2 black pepper powder
1 tsp maggie masala
1/4 cup water
Step 1: Take any bread you get white, brown or yellow. I have got the yellow bread. This bread is little sweet in taste. Now cut the bread slice into round shape.
Step 2: Finely chop green spring onion, red onion, chilli, garlic cloves.
Step 3: Now in a bowl add all chopped ingredients and masala powders, maida flour, besan flour. Mix all together by adding water. Keep the batter consistency thick.
Step 4: In a flat pan pour 1 tsp oil and place the round shaped bread slice. Afer 1 minute flip it and add 2 tsp ingredient mixture on the bread slice. Than again flip it slowly and add 1 more tsp oil. Let it cook for 4 minutes on medium flame. If you see onion turned light brown the breakfast is read. Garnish it with green spring onion as shown in the picture and make yourself and your loved ones happy. Serve hot with hot and sour sauce.
