This is a simple and easy but healthy onion soup, I have add Ching's soup to enhance the flavor. Added beetroot to increase nutrition's. It is a best option for healthy breakfast to keep you full till lunch. Serving : 2 Cooking time: 30 minutes (15 minutes: Cutting veges) Ingredients Chings Soup - Mix Veg 1 small pack 1 Onion 1 Potato 1 Carrot Spring Onions 1/2 cup green grams 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi (Optional) 2 Green Chillies 4 Garlic Cloves Some dried or fresh mint leaves Salt One tablespoon cooking oil How to make? Dice cut the potatos and boil for 10 minutes. Add oil in a pan and stir fry onion, potato, carrot, chillies, and green gram then add other spices. Cook for 5 minutes till everything get tender. Add the Ching's Soup powder and mix well. Include one glass of water and bring it to boil. Garnish with spring onion and beetroot.
